Meter Reading Quality Control System (MRQC)
MRQC is a system that assists in managing, monitoring and applies quality control on large volumes of meter readings. This system has been developed in association with Johannesburg Water.

It consists of the following modules:

• Core to effectively search and maintain various entities in the system
• Interface module, that provides mechanisms to effectively import and export data between various sources. These sources include: Billing Systems, Meter Reading Contractors and Internal/External Auditors
• Pre-edit module, readings that exceeds normal parameters are highlighted and have to be scrutinised for acceptance or further action.
• Work order module, work order are generated in order to provide better quality readings. Work orders can be generated in a number of ways:
  • Add hoc work order generation
  • Automatic work order generation while performing pre-editing.
  • Work orders by predefined parameters such as: Random audits, Meters with continuous 'no reads', other defined queries and user customisable queries.
• Plugable validation engine, all newly loaded readings are validated by a central validation engine. These validations are plugable and configurable by reading source.
• Automatic reading average calculation, taking into consideration previous readings, meter replacements and other factors. MRQC automatically keeps an average for each meter in the system. This is then used to assist with pre-editing, validations and providing estimates.
• Operational reports, a large number of operational reports are available to assist in running the day-to-day tasks of meter reading quality control.
• Management reports, provides management information such as: Read Ratios, Duplicate readings, Pre-edit productivity etc.

RouteMaster Africa (RMA)
RMA is a system that assists Meter Readers to effectively collect meter readings. This system has been developed in association with Consolidated African Technologies.

It consists of the following modules:

• Handheld integration, open API to integrate to various handheld devices for downloading and capturing meter readings.
• Route planning, easy creation of permanent and temporary routes to effectively read meters.
• Billing system integration, optionally imports and exports data between external billing systems. The interfaces between billing systems are completely configurable.
• Data exploration and verification, collected readings are validated against configurable rules. Exceptions are highlighted and can be audited accordingly.
• Operational reports, a number of operational reports are available to assist in running the day-to-day tasks of the system.
• Management reports , provides management information such as, Reader productivity, Read Ratios, Route Trend Reports and others.

Southern African Grain Laboratory (SAGL)
We have developed various application for the SAGL, some of these include:

• SAGL Online, whereby their clients are provided with up to date dynamic online web reports.
• Various applications that process and produce Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, calculation of laboratory test results and automatically generate emails.

.NET Biometric Scanner Solutions
We have successfully developed .NET friendly components for the following biometric scanners:

• Certis.NET, an easy to use .NET component for Certis Biometric Scanner. By simply dragging and dropping the component onto a Windows form, the programmer is notified of scan events and optionally visually displaying the scanned finger print.
